This Model Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Paid2Chat.com (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Paid2Chat”) and the individual applicant (“you,” “your,” or “model/performer”) who applies to be referred to one or more third-party video chat platforms through Paid2Chat.com. By submitting an application or engaging with our platform, you agree to the following terms:
Paid2Chat.com is not an employer or operator of a video chat platform. We act solely as a referral and onboarding facilitator, matching approved applicants with external third-party video chat service providers (“Partner Platforms”).
You acknowledge that you will be an independent contractor, not an employee, of any Partner Platform you work with. You are solely responsible for determining your hours, earnings, and compliance with any legal or tax obligations in your jurisdiction.
To apply, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
You are legally allowed to appear on camera and engage in video chats based on the laws applicable to your country and the country of the Partner Platform.
All information submitted in your application is true, accurate, and complete.
As a model referred through Paid2Chat, you may be expected to:
Host live video chats via the Partner Platform(s) assigned to you
Engage respectfully and professionally with users during video sessions
Follow all terms and guidelines of the Partner Platform(s)
Maintain a reliable internet connection and appropriate technology (e.g., webcam, microphone)
Appear on camera and actively participate during scheduled availability
You have full control over the type of content you choose to provide and may refuse any form of interaction that is outside your personal boundaries or comfort level.
Paid2Chat.com does not directly pay models. All earnings are handled through the Partner Platform you are referred to. That platform will determine your pay rates, payout schedules, and processing methods.
We are not responsible for any late, missing, or disputed payments. Any earnings-related inquiries must be directed to the Partner Platform.
We respect your privacy. You may use a stage name, and your personal data will only be shared with the Partner Platform(s) necessary to complete your referral and onboarding process.
You agree not to share or distribute any private user information or platform content you may access during your work. Similarly, any materials or documents provided to you by a Partner Platform are for your personal use and may not be disclosed or copied without permission.
As a model, you agree to maintain respectful, professional, and ethical conduct at all times, including:
Not engaging in illegal, violent, racist, or exploitative behavior
Not using the platform for solicitation, spam, or harassment
Not appearing on camera under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Not impersonating others or providing false identity information
Complying with all applicable local laws and regulations
Violation of this code may result in immediate termination from the referral program and/or Partner Platform.
Paid2Chat.com does not guarantee that your application will be accepted, that you will be referred to a specific Partner Platform, or that you will earn any particular amount of income.
Earnings depend on your personal effort, availability, on-camera engagement, consistency, and market demand. Testimonials or income examples shown on our website are for illustrative purposes only.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause. If you violate these terms, submit false information, or breach the policies of a Partner Platform, your referral or account may be terminated without notice.
You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with any laws or tax regulations that apply to you based on your location, including those related to adult content, freelance work, or self-employment.
Paid2Chat.com is not responsible for ensuring your legal eligibility to work as a video chat host.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Paid2Chat.com and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your conduct, use of Partner Platforms, or violation of this Agreement.
We may revise these Performer Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on Paid2Chat.com, and your continued use of our services or referrals constitutes acceptance of any changes.
